The aims of "The Friends" are:
1. To enhance the lives of the clients of the Retreat Care Home by providing and assisting in the provision of additional facilities and activities beyond those which would normally by provided by the Home.
2. To foster closer and more extensive relationships between the staff, relatives, the local community and others associated with the Home.
